The Tripoint Lending support team helps with questions about your loan request, how our matching process works, and how we handle your information. We are an email-first team, which means written messages reach the right person fastest and give you a record of our answer.

How Quickly We Respond
Most emails sent to the Tripoint Lending team receive a reply within one business day, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Messages sent on a weekend or holiday are answered on the next business day. Phone lines can be busier at the start of the week, so email is usually the quicker choice. Mailed letters take longer because of postal delivery time.
What to Include in Your Message
Including a few key details in your first message helps our team find your request and answer fully without needing to write back with follow-up questions.
- Your full name and the email address you used on your request
- The approximate date you submitted your request
- A short description of your question or issue
- Any error message you saw, written out word for word
Please never email your full Social Security number, bank account number or passwords. We will not ask for them by email.
What We Can Help With
Our support team can answer questions about submitting a request, the soft credit inquiry, how matching works, why you may not have received offers, and requests about your personal information.
For a walk-through of each stage, see how Tripoint Lending works, and many common answers are collected on our frequently asked questions page.
Questions We Must Send to Your Lender
Questions about an existing loan, including payments, due dates, balances, payoff amounts, autopay or hardship plans, must go directly to the lender that funded your loan.
Tripoint Lending is not a lender and does not service loans, so we cannot see your account, change your terms or take payments. Your lender's contact details appear in your loan agreement and on the welcome messages you received after funding.
Privacy and Data Requests
Requests to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to opt out of marketing messages, can be sent to [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request."
We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will explain what we can and cannot delete. California residents have additional rights, which are described in our privacy policy.
